• Cue clean (including light sanding where necessary)

• Ferrule re-polish - back to new condition

• Ferrule walls and shaft levelled where necessary

• New tip fitted

• Tweaking of minor bends

• Cue re-finish - oiled to nourish the wood

No alterations or repairs of dents etc., your cue will just be returned refreshed and looking like new.
